Fantastic!! Best car buying experience I've ever had! Brennan and Billy worked with me to trade in my old hunk-o-junk Ford Fusion for an off road modded BEAST of a Tacoma! They were very friendly and the process was fast and smooth. They went above and beyond service when about two weeks after I had traded in my old car, I realized that I had left my garage door opener in it! I called to ask if they happened to have my opener and they did! Brennan was kind enough to send it back to me the same day! On a side note, as a gal, I was initially weary of perhaps being judged or looked at oddly by wanting to get such an aggressive looking/performing Tacoma, as other dealers in the past have done that. But there was no judgement whatsoever, only positive vibes and encouragement from them so that I could finally start joining my friends with their Jeep on their off-road adventures! I slapped some Resident Evil decals on this bad boy and WOW, it's a nice rig. Thank you guys so much for being awesome!

They had a Ford F150 listed online that we liked, so we drove up from San Jose to buy it. However, it was immediately evident that the truck had been severely abused and didn't match the description they had given us online or over the phone. They washed it and put up a “for sale” sign. This seemed to be the case with most of their inventory, as the vehicles were not of high quality.

The car buying experience in general (for me) is stressful and brings on anxiety. No one WANTS to spend hard earned money on a car, especially when they love the car they have. But it was time. Brennan at Auto Maxx made this experience so easy. No pressure, no sleaze, no games, no gimmicks. He listened and gave me honest feedback on the vehicles they had, we found one that fit my needs, the purchase price was reasonable, the car is what they said it would be, and the paperwork side was handled quickly, professionally, and smoothly. Last time I went through this it was hours in an office with tons of back and forth. At Auto Maxx once I made a decision, I was out in 30-45 minutes. I love my new to me car and would definitely go here again! **UPDATE** shortly after purchasing this white Sequoia, I wrecked on black ice, and it was totaled. I was devastated! I updated Brennan at AutoMaxx about the wreck: more as a "dang, can you believe this sh.." than anything else. He went above and beyond, scouted out like vehicles, and once insurance had handled their end, I went right back in, got ANOTHER great vehicle. ANOTHER Sequoia Platinum with a great history. Had ANOTHER great, no pressure, no haggle experience. And am, once again, a happy customer. Thanks guys!

After looking for and test driving a few RAM Rebel 1500's in the Orange County Ca area, I was tired of the "hardsell" runaround that occurred at both facilities I went to. I knew the exact vehicle I was after, and again, was disappointed with the quality of those that were available locally. In continuing my "search" I broadened my range and a exact match came up from a dealer by the name of Automaxx in Roseville, Ca. The truck that they had was one of those "too good to be true" listings but thought i would call regardless. I had nothing to loose and basically wanted to cement the thought that I would probably not be able to find what I was looking for. WOW!!! What a surprise! I called the number listed on the site and immediately was speaking with one of their salesman. That was shocking right off the bat! No "on hold" or "well call you back" routine whatsoever. I knew the vehicle like the back of my hand (this would be my 5th RAM) so I could smell a "used car salesman" a mile away!! Amazingly Trent would answer every one of my questions about the vehicle within 5 minutes of saying "how can I help you?"... I was actually speaking with him while waiting in sales waiting room of a RAM dealership in Anaheim! After a few minutes of chatting with Trent, I " walked out" of the RAM dealership where I had been ignored . Trent went on to describe the truck in detail as well as discuss how their operation worked....he sent over more detailed photos as well. I was so impressed and convinced of his honesty that the next day I rented a car and took the 7 hour drive from Orange County to Roseville to see the truck. I was still a bit reserved but when I got there It was everything described and cleaner than I thought! Trent worked out all details with my credit union and the vehicle was mine in a short amount of time. I drove the truck back the following day and man was it AWESOME!!!! I know that this was a long review and if your still reading this I want to emphasise if you are looking for a Excellent used truck, look no further! The family at Automaxx personally buys/picks out all the vehicles they sell. I was impressed at the quality of all the inventory they had, not just mine. The 14 hour "roundtrip" was by far worth it! These folks are a rare breed of honest people that are certainly not your typical used car facility! I mean who would drive a 14 hour round trip on the statements of a used car place??
